Privacy Policy

At Bravynia, privacy is not just a preference — it is central to how we work. The properties we represent are often among the most private in Vermont, and our clients trust us to approach each relationship with care and discretion. We are committed to protecting sensitive details about the land, homes, and people involved, ensuring that information is shared only when it is appropriate and necessary.

That said, it is equally important to understand how Vermont law defines privacy in real estate brokerage relationships. Bravynia is a non-designated agency brokerage. This means:

  • Clients (those who sign a brokerage agreement with us) receive full fiduciary duties, including loyalty, confidentiality, and complete representation.

  • Customers (those who do not have a brokerage agreement with us) are not owed confidentiality under Vermont law. Any information shared by a customer that is material to a transaction must be passed along to our client.

We believe clarity is essential so that both clients and customers understand what privacy protections apply before sharing information.
